International orders are shipped via FedEx, DHL, UPS, or other trusted international carriers. As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation together with your tracking information.

Loose Diamonds
Loose diamonds are carefully inspected before shipment and are generally dispatched within up to 7 business days, depending on availability and final quality control.
Jewelry
Each jewelry piece is carefully prepared and, when required, handcrafted to order. Orders are generally dispatched within up to 14 business days, depending on the production process and final quality inspection.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally vary due to production requirements, customs clearance, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Where applicable, import duties, VAT, customs fees and other local charges are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges are collected by the carrier or the local customs authorities before delivery.
For orders delivered within Israel, VAT is included in the final purchase price.
Orders Shipped to the United States
Based on current regulations, imports into the United States are generally subject to import duties of approximately 10% of the declared value. As customs regulations may change, the final amount may vary depending on the product and the regulations in force at the time of import.
