Please note: Complimentary shipping does not apply to individual loose melee diamonds (non-certified diamonds under 0.30 carats). Standard shipping charges apply to these items.
Shipping Methods
International orders are shipped via FedEx, DHL, UPS, or other trusted international carriers. As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation together with your tracking information.

Loose Diamonds
Loose diamonds are carefully inspected before shipment and are generally dispatched within up to 7 business days, depending on availability and final quality control.
Jewelry
Each jewelry piece is carefully prepared and, when required, handcrafted to order. Orders are generally dispatched within up to 14 business days, depending on the production process and final quality inspection.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally vary due to production requirements, customs clearance, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Taxes & Duties
Prices displayed on Woodeex are exclusive of local taxes, VAT and import duties, unless otherwise stated.
Where applicable, import duties, VAT, customs fees and other local charges are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges are collected by the carrier or the local customs authorities before delivery.
For orders delivered within Israel, VAT is included in the final purchase price.
Orders Shipped to the United States
Orders shipped to the United States may be subject to import duties and taxes in accordance with the regulations in effect on the date of your purchase. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
To avoid customs delays, we collect the applicable import duties and taxes separately before shipment. You will receive a separate payment request before your order is dispatched.
Import Documentation
During production, we will send you the required import form to complete in advance, helping ensure faster customs clearance and a smoother delivery process.
