You have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, diamond certificate, all documents and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you need first to contact us at service@woodeex.com

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. For security reasons, you must not mention the name of Woodeex on the package cover. You must return the Product and the package in compliance with the instructions of Woodeex’s representative.

Cancellation for Convenience                                                                                                    Return shipping at your expense at a flat rate of $70.00 and all applicable taxes, customs and duties necessary to release the Product to Woodeex

Cancellation for Non-Conformity 

In the event of declaration of non-conformity by the Customer, Woodeex shall bear the shipping costs, provided such non-conformity is confirmed by Woodeex.

You must return the products in their original condition and complete (including, but not limited to, packaging, gemology certificate, accessories and manual). In the event the gemology certificate was lost or damaged, you will be charge a fee of $165.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like all our tailor made jewels, customized or personalized settings (such as engagement rings, wedding bands, tennis bracelets, necklaces, bracelets, earrings). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, diamond certificate, all documents and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Return shipping at your expense (cost depends on return location) except in case of error on our part (see above).

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
